Return and refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy on all physical products. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to ship it back to us. Partial returns or partial refunds are not permitted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All items must be unused, with tags, if any, and in its original packaging. We may also ask you for a receipt or proof of purchase copy.
FrizoPro.com is not responsible for dealing with any claims, damages or losses related to the shipping or subsequent usage of the purchased product. Once the order placed, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please allow up to 30 business days to process your return. User is responsible for shipping charges related to all product returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must be shipped to UnitedMinds Corp., 2699 Coney Island Avenue, Ste 2, Brooklyn, NY 11235. Please clearly state your original order number, starting with FP-XXXX, and type or write 'Return' on the shipping label.
Restocking fee of US$65 applies to all returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will go to the original payment source. Any shipping charges related to the original order will be deducted from the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
