If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

What’s covered?
We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering:
• Manufacturing defects,
• Structural issues under normal professional use,
• Faulty accessories.

What’s not covered?
Like all professional tools, some wear is part of daily use. The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, surface marks, staining over time).
• Damage from accidental drops or misuse.
• Exposure to harsh chemicals beyond intended use.
• Modifications or improper assembly.
• Damaged magnets resulting from impact, misuse, or external force.

How to request support?
If you experience an issue, simply reach out — we’ll take care of you.

Please email support@frizopro.com with:
• Your order details, starting with FPXXXX,
• A short description of the issue,
• Photos or videos.

We’ll get back to you within 2–3 business days.

What happens next?
If your claim qualifies, we will:
• Send a replacement part or product, or
• Offer a suitable solution to resolve the issue quickly.
