Braids & Freckles App — Privacy Policy

What we collect
The Braids & Freckles app does not collect personal information automatically. The only personal data we receive is what you voluntarily provide when submitting a wholesale inquiry: your name, company name, email, and country. This information is sent to our distribution team via a secure endpoint hosted on u6.lv and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

How the app works
The app displays product catalog data fetched from our Shopify store (frizopro.com). This is a read-only connection -  no user data is sent to Shopify.

When you tap "Get Yours", the app opens frizopro.com in your device's browser. Any information you provide on that website is governed by the frizopro.com Privacy Policy.

On-device data
Your favorites list is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage and is never transmitted to any server. It is not accessible to us.

Device permissions
The app reads your device's locale to determine the display language. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted anywhere.

The app indexes product names and descriptions in iOS Spotlight for local search. This data is stored on your device by iOS and is not accessible to us.

NFC
The app can open product pages by reading NFC tags on physical product trays. No data is written to tags and no information is collected during this interaction.

Third-party services
- Shopify Storefront API (frizopro.com) - read-only, used to fetch product photos, prices, and descriptions.
- frizo.com - hosts a 3D model file (USDZ) used for Augmented Reality preview. This is a static file; no user data is transmitted.
- Expo (expo.dev) - used to deliver over-the-air updates. Expo may collect anonymous crash and update delivery analytics. See Expo's Privacy Policy at expo.dev/privacy.

Children
This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
